Dear sir,
on 19/11/09 i have given my alto lx to ur authorised service center MY CAR . but it was worst exprience for me. i waste my whole day with them but not satisfied. on 18/11/09 i booked my car for pick-up, but i was shocked on 19 th to hear that " sorry sir we cant pick up ur car due to some reason", i talk to ur G.M. (SERVICE) mr. anil vyas, he send a person WITHOUT ANY JOB CARD.
i said to him forcefully that engine oil should be changed in my presence. at 5.00 pm they phoned me that SIR WE ARE WAITING FOR U TO SERVICE THE CAR. and ur workshop has closed at 7.00 pm. i left my office with in 10 minites and went to service station, i found my car complete with rubbish cleaning, very poor polish at interiors. even i found some spots of bitumin on my car. cleaning person said " ye to saaf ho hi nahi sakte". i said "clean with petrol " he done . engin oil was changed in my presence. tell me how much time ur taking for serviceing? i think it will take 4 hours, but my alto was serviced in just 2 hours. i am planning to go to legal action.
