PAN Card not received

Hi,

This complaint is on behalf of my wife SAKINA HAIDARY, who has applied for PAN card on 23-Jun but not received till now.

Following are the details:

Application Number: 039370313

Coupon Number: 027321048

We searched on the UTITSL website and result shows NO RECORDS FOUND. It is already 2 and half months since this application has been submitted at:

Bajaj Capital Ltd.,

Raheja Arcade, 1st floor,

#122, Koramangala,

BANGALORE – 560034.

When I contacted them, they asked me to call up UTI Technologies, Ulsoor, Bangalore branch at 080-25553301, but no one lifts the phone and answers the call.

Please help me to understand what and where is the issue. My wife has to file returns and without PAN no/card, we cannot proceed.
