Cheque not received

Dear Sir,

Iam open my NRE Account on 323.06.2008 nature of account SBCHQ-NRE-PUB IND-NON RURAL-INR my id no. 85255790856, my account number 30409339638. Up to this time i did not receive my cheque Book, so i did not start my transactions. Because when I put cash in to that account how my Parents take cash from that account. I will already inquired in 08292 Valiyavilla Branch. They said that Cheque Book already send from Chennai as on 26.06.2008. But I receive only the account opening letter. Also I can't open my internet banking. User name and password already get but when i put shows user name and password is wrong. Other wise what I do for making a standing Instruction everymonth a fixed amount transfer to my father's account? My father has already open 1 account in SBI, Valiyavilla Branch His account number is 20011078454. Kindly advise to me. This month onwards i will ready to transfer money to my account.
