Irregularity/ delay in delivery of gas cylinder

With great sorrow I would have to inform my frustration for poor services.
Mobile booking no.250764
I have booked gas cylinder on 01/03 but till date (i.e 20/03.) cylinder not delivered.
Forced to book the cylinder afer 35 days of previous delivery.
Almost every booking I found the delivery of gas cylinder afetr 15 days or more after booking.
Some times booking status is not cleared hence required rebooking, this takes more week or two week for getting delivery after continuous pursuation to distributor.
poor response in this regard from distributor.
Your favourable action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
