Ambal Autos
NO proper response

Espected sir/madam,

I had gone to Ambal Autos showroom in trichy road. I went to book a Swift Dezire ZDI. But there was no Proper response. They told they will send a car for test drive but nothing was done. I got irritated and booked it from somewhere else. Later i had to cancel that car because of long waiting period (8months) and thought of buying a diesel SX4. I thought i will call Ambal again and find out. But this time again i never got a response. the receptionist who took the phone told that she will ask the staff to call me back but i never got any. I think they are earning a lot to care for customer satisfaction. I would suggest people of coimbatore dont go to these stubborn Ambal autos. And if this post could be forwarded to any senior staff or owner of Ambal autos, i would request him to do something on this matter else his sales will surely go down.
