Carborator replaced without sending owner info

I had serviced my bike in amba motors on 7th of october. after couple of days i found petrol leaking from the carborator. but there is no complaint on carborator before service but after servicing i found cracks in the carborator cup.

but the service supervisor not accepting the replaced faulty carborato
