Processing fees of the Bank

Dear Sir,

I had applied for a Personal loan in HDFC Bank, The Representative has presented my documents along with fake licence. Now a person from HDFC Bank is calling me and asking for 2000 rupees as processing fees or they will take Legal Action on me.

Now can u please tell me when i have not provided any documents how can they take action on me, The person who has applied loan on behalf of me has produced some fake documents. I need to know what is the procedure. I am not ready to pay money as processing fees to the bank. I am sure i will take legal action against the HDFC bank.
