I am Emmanuel M. residing at 31, Christfolk Society, B/h Sindhwai Temple, Ramol Rd, Ahmedabad-380026. I am having an Indane Gas connection with consumer No.-14587. My agency is Ambica Gas Service Isanpur Ahmedabad. It is a normal practice of the agency that they do not book the refill in time. The refill is supplied after ten days of booking and after delivery they are not booking upto 20 days. This time the refill was supplied to my home on 15/2 so after 20 days he should book the refill but the manager denied to book the same till 19/3. This is not for the first time, they have become habitual of this. Moreover the refills they supply, so many times are broken sealed and less in weight. The delivery boy, even after several reminders do not keep the weighing machine. This is a serious issue and I hope you will certainly do something to resolve it.
