SIM registration failed

Dear sir/ madam...

I'm having a life time pre paid bsnl connection (9421696547)..From few days while switching the mobile set a message appears " SIM registration failed "... request you to kindly look into it & resolve the issue as early as possible since the said connectionis not working..
