Need the clarification regarding my Credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a HDFC Credit Card holder since last one year.By the credit card base I took a loan of Rs-15000/- on 18/11/07 for the duration of one year and the EMI is Rs-I439/- per month. I paid Rs-1724/-on 19/12/07 as the first instalment. From the next month onwards I paid Rs -1439/-on 21/01/08, 22/02/08 &.20/3/08.After that I decided to make onetime settlement so I contacted your customer care (Customer care number is-0484-4084332) and enquired the formalities for the same. As per the instruction of your customer care executive I have to make a requisition to the customer care for the pre closure settlement before three days also they have instructed me to pay the amount of Rs- 10, 790/- and there will be no other additional charge and my next statement will come as stating that zero balance.

As per the customer care executive's advice I made a requisition to the customer care for the pre closure three days before and paid the amount of Rs- 10, 790/ on-27/03/08. After that I received the next statement DT 03/04/08 but in that mentioned the amount dues showing - 9351.12. After that I received a statement on 03/05/08 showing 192.39 as amount due. I couldn't understand what are all these. After received these two statement I contacted your customer care number and they have told that it happened due to the non accepting of my pre closure request by the customer care executive on time.

Am I supposed to pay for the irresponsibility of your customer care executive???..

I will not pay a single penny from my hand to pay the balance due amount because It is not my fault.

This happened from your side only and it is your complete irresponsibility. Now I suspect that I have remitted more amount because I have deposited one time settlement amount as per the advice of your as such irresponsible customer care executive. And I would like to request you to show a reduction, if there is any, by taking in to account of all these facts and figures.(I need the complete clarification regarding this)

Please take it as a serious issue and expecting an immediate action from your side. Otherwise I will go for legal action.
