Did not received the parcel at dahod till date

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I have booked the two parcels from bhopal to dahod at train No. 1464, reciept no 566735, and bogee no. is 05701, for these parcels i have sent one person to recieve these parcel. But at dahod station the gaurd refuse to give material. Now no one knows where are these parcels are and where they have gone. my employes are in dahod and no one is taking any action.

please do the need ful
