Dear sir,

I had lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out by Mr Virender, C-211 Avantika Sector-1 Rohini, New Delhi -85. and he parked the car in the area my children not play in the ground & he abused the children so pls. help me sir ..My area is a parking area not play ground...
