Not received household

Hi,

My Name is Vikram and i got relocated to Pune from ahmedabad.

I handed over my household to them on Dated 16th June 08 to relocate on dated 22nd june 08.

I have reached pune but my household has not reached to Pune as yet.

I have tried to contact that person but they are giving excuses.

Even their local office person in pune is not ready to take blame.

Pls. let me know how to handle this.
