Goods not received - 15 days in transit

Hi,

The goods for shipment were collected on Oct 5 from my Delhi home via COnsignment note no. 12016 to be delivered at Bangalore. The guy (Kapil Sharma - 91 98184 72111) mentioned that they will be delivered by Oct 10 or 11.

Till date, I have not received the goods and I have spoken to numerous contacts both in New Delhi and Bangalore. Everytime they come with a new excuse like my phone number not available, my address at bangalore was not clear on the consignment note, delivery lorry not available etc.

They have stopped picking up my phone and do not respond. I am in desperate need of my goods and have been mentally harassed by them.

When will I receive the goods? Could I know of the penalty that can be imposed on them?
