Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub; regarding replacement of my Car Battery of your companies (Amron) make.
I had purchased above referred batteries from one of your dealer/s Bhagwati Spare Parts Shop no. G-31 Vardhaman Western Plaza;DDA Market ;L S C Bhera Enclave New Delhi-87on 21.03.2008 under invoice no 1258.The battery is under 18 months of Guarantee and 18 months of Warranty.
Now after 3/4 months of the purchases this battery has started giving the back up problem. Two or three times the battery has given to the dealer for rectification of this fault but he could not do any thing beyond charging it and telling me that next time this problem will not occur.
This time again the battery has got discharged of its own all of a sudden. Dealer took me to your workshop at Battery Arcade (Franchisee) A1-A/42A Janak Puri New Delhi.110058.There after too much of arguments, the Battery arcade Manager (Mr Abhinev) asked me to get the wiring of the car checked up, I did the same the same day.
Now even after this effort there is no respite for me, the battery I have given to the dealer for the replacements and a month has passed but nothing has been done. They are simply lingering on the matter for nothing. one old battery dealer has put on my car, which I am using with a constant fear of getting stucked up at any place any time.
I am failed to understand that when this battery is under guarantee and your dealer as well as your franchisee both know the fault, then these people are not replacing the defective battery. Dont they know that this way they are not only bringing a bad name to the companies but they are making the company liable for the losses and the mental harassment which the victim may claim in the court of law.
You are requested to ask your dealer as well as your office at Janak puri to resolve the problem as soon as possible and oblige.
