Amul Lite Milk

I Had sent mail informaing Amul about the quality of the milk, when i opened the tetrapack of amul lite, normally the colour is white but the color i recieved had a pinkish tinge, i reported them with the batch number and mfg date of product. But to my dismay, they have not responded to 2 mails. I am a regular user, but now am sceptical of using their products, who knows if it is a manufacturing defect or spurious, Consumers should be wary before using their milk products for kids especially.
