Adultrated milk

I m a resident of noida from sec-93.From few days i have noticed that the milk supplied over here is adultrated that is it is the "powdered" one. It tastes EXACTLY the way powdered milk tastes. IT is not at all good for health and therefor i want you to look after it and take a appropriate action.
