Dear Sir,
My wife had been admitted to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital in May where she had undergone treatment for 25 days. The Medical College had sent my wife’s blood sample to Anandaloke Diagnosis Centre, Siliguri for the test of Anti DS DNA that came negative. The Medical College couldn’t reach to any conclusion. My wife’s condition was getting critical day by day. At last I had to take my wife to Ramachandra Medical College and Hospital, Chennai where she got a very good treatment. The same Anti DS DNA test, which came negative in Siliguri, came positive in Chennai. How is it possible? Doctors diagnosed SLE disease and started treatment for that. Now, my wife is well. I spent Rs.30, 000/- in Siliguri and Rs 90, 000/- in Chennai. Also, the behavior of all the staff in Chennai from top to bottom is very good. But in Siliguri, the doctors and nurses behaved well but the Group D staff and Security personal behaved bad. North Bengal Medical College is very dirty also. Toilets are dirty and atmosphere is unhygienic.
Sir, whom should I hold responsible for my financial, mental and work loss. Is it our system or our fate? There is somewhere a corner where something is lacking. Can’t it be repaired by our effort? Sir, please help.
