Hi, My name is anantha and i have taken the prepaid connection from Reliance on 16th March.
Promised of 1 p per sec and cheated by deducting 1Rs per call, Called customer care and those bastards didnt helped me but kept on hold for 1 hr and disconnected the call.
They are claiming of not having any details about me (as i have already given the application form duly filled with my photo and address proof,
How stupid is the company's behaviour of claiming no details, but welcomed me through a message from Reliance.
Above all these, there are people in customer care named Alok (mother fucker) and ashish (sister fucker) who are not concerned about the customer pain, but kept on talking like a bullshit bastards.
One (daggar) by name kameshwari, who dont understand english but kept on repeating the same thing again and again like a prostitute.
Despite of all these things i logged a complaint with customer care and this was closed without taking the consent of the customer.
If i would get a chance to write to ambani's, I would straight away smear there faces with my shit.
THese bloody bastards are here to cheat customers and making money,
We should teach them a lesson for this,
Pls help me in providing the ways to taking this issue with the higher management.
