Cant receive call n dont solve my complain

i pay 4200 rs. for year to anarun-vsnl internet service providers, one moth ago i have problem in my net i call customer care every day in month and they solve my problem after 35 days, i take this net before 2 month, so in two month i use internet only 1 month, so i want my money back, i give money to mr. Taran (his mobile num is 9374538269) he works in anarun-vsnl internet service surats office. he dont give me bill, and now getting bill when i call him he cant receive my calls n this compnis custemor care also cant receive calls
