An amount due on me of rs 49800/-by cibil

Sir i ve already given two complaints and also given my pesonal details to cibil and asked them to give me card details and an amount due, if there is any, sir my personal loans has been put on hold from last one month.this is my third complaint but ive not rcd any help from cibil
