Andhra Bank
I didnt get my money

Hello,

I am customer of Andhrabank (Branch: Chittoor Name: V.Kasturi, account no :205076)

i made a online transaction of rupee 15000 from ICICI bank to this andhrabank account, i didnt recieve the money in the andhra bank account.

if i ask ICICI bank they said the money is transfer to the andhrabank account and gave me the RBI refference number and ask me to check with the andhra bank.

when i went to andhra bank they said, they didnt recieve the money and they are tellin me to ask the icici bank.

what should i do to get my money back???
