Fraud university

In ICFAI university my sister had taken admission.but she dint get her full courseware even after repeated reminders she did get some books.then she latter on cancelled her admssion before she got a enrollment letter.but still the pdcs where not returned and they have encashed all the amounTUT THEY HAVE FALLEN IN DEAF EARS. after a year we came to knw that all the pdcs where encashed.even though she has not taken any kind of service. I SUGEST PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE UP ANY COURSE IN ICFAI
