CDC not yet received

Dear sir,

I have sent my CDC BY58600 (Name: G.Venkatramana Rao, chief engineer with Anglo-eastern ship mgt) with relevent forms for replacement of CDC on 23.05.11.

After 10 days when i contacted the shipping office, i was informed that my CDC is still valid and neednot be replaced with a new one and they informed me that the CDC will be returned to my home town shortly.

On 10th june when i contacted them, i was informed that my CDC was dispatched on registerd post and they refused to provide me with any number for the registered post. I didnot receive my CDC till date (25 days).

I request you to kindly provide me the registration parcel number so that i can trace my CDC and lodge a FIR so that i can apply for a duplicate CDC.
