Respected Sir,

I undersigned an ex-employee of Anglo French Drugs & Industries Limited, (Regd. Off - 41, 3rd Cross, V Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore - 560 010) furnishing division located at Kharchi Bilwara, Jhagadia, Dist. Bharuch – Gujarat, retired on 31st July after completion of 58 years. I joined this company on 1st March, 1994 and got retired on 31st July. On 1st August I submitted zerox copy duly certified of Bank Account, letter of retirement and form 10 C with my and my wife's joint photograph - 3 copies to get my FPF claim.

But till date after several reminder I have neither received any response from my company or from your FPF department.

I humbly request you to advice me how can I get my FPF claim.
