Enquiry about application submission under tatkal scheme

I have gone through tatkal scheme. I have prepared my Annexure forms (From notary and verification certificate as desired) and obtained Rs dd in favour of passport officer (8-14 days tatkal mode). Now I would like to know the procedure to hand over the application to the regional passport office, Hyderabad.
