Im using the rim connection since last 5 years. My Mobile no is 09318782162. the mobile have a lifetime validity. My mother was using that mobile on behalf of me. Now the service on that connectiion was dis connected due to some reasons. She has contacted to the related rim service center & submitted the required doccuments as required by them. but the service has not resumed up to till date. kindly look in to the maters & revert me at the e-mail id.
