I Mr. Ashish V. Daivagna, staying at “15/303 Cherish Samrudhi CHS, Near Viva college road, VIRAR [W]. I have two LPG cylinders and we are using service of Anita Gas Agency, Virar.

Above two cylinders are available on my father’s name Mr. Vasant B. Daivagna. My consumer Id is : 63844. The relevant details are as follows.

1 ] S.V. No : 22046 dt: 13.09.1969 and

2 ] S.V. No: 115220 dt: 23.03.1985

My father he is a diabetic patient and nowadays he is not keeping well, and therefore I have applied for change in name at Anita Gas Services, Virar on 10.07.2009. I have submitted all the relevant original documents, stamp papers and other documents to Anita Gas Services but till date there is no action taken by them. Every time I used to get same answer that relevant officer has not come, who will sign those papers for proceeding ahead for change in name. They also added that the officer’s visit is not fixed and he might come either after 15 days or after 3 months.

I have requested them to give me the address of the Regional office, or, any numbers so that I will be able to meet the concern officer and get the things done. But they replied that such facility is not available and the above process will be completed in their office only at Virar.

I am very disturb about the way of working of BPCL.

Kindly look into the matter and advice.
