This complaint is against M/s Anju Tutors and Placement Services, 38, Mohammadpur, Bhikaji Cama Place, Near Ram Mandir, New Delhi-66, Tel, 011-41694793, 011-41694893, 011-26108002, 09350807239, 09210712176.
They chared rs. - on 12, Dec and have not been refunding this amount as they were been able to look up for a maid in a week's time as committed. They have been just trying to ignore this matter and not refunding the amount. I have spent almost the same amount chasing them for the refund. I have been to Delhi 3 times and visited their office and have medae them numerous calls in last 6 months. They now are saying they will only refund rs 1000 (50%) and this is what they never disclosed. they a few weeks back asked me for my bank account number and they said thay would refund this amount in one day. This is now been more than 3 weeks and they have not transfered rs. 1000 on amy account. Request you to llok into the matter and get me justice and help.
