Dear Sir,
I am the MTNL landline user since longer time. So i had taken one more MTNL connection at Matunga Road (E), Mumbai-400019, number is 24327669 in name of Mr. Amol Patil (Partner). Due to some problem we had shifted to Mahim (E), Mumbai-400017. I wish to continue MTNL service, so i applied for transter the line to my new Mahim address. MTNL had given me the work order number 422050 on 21/04/08.
After that i am doing the follow up to start my line, but still my connection is not started & no one in the MTNL office is giving me the correct answer. So i request you to do the needful.
My old address: 9/Ground floor, Guru House, Central Railway Colony, Western Avenue, Mumbai-400019.
New address where i want the connection: Shop No.03/ Ground floor, Jasmin Road Dharavi, Plot No-7A, Dr. A.V. Baliga Nagar, Mahim (E), Mumbai-400017.
They had given me the new number on 5th June but it still not activated. New number: 24099558.
