Dear Sir,
I worked in Dubai (NRI) in Arab Media Group. My parents and my family live
In Sant Nagar Burari, House No 4682/3, B-block, Gali no 112.
My father buy a house (25 gaj) in Rs 6.5 lack on dated 19/05 in the same block for my widow sister from Mr. Umesh Dube who run his property business as a Anup property dealer.
My father paid him Rs 3 lack in beginning, but he cheated my father as he is not the owner of that property. We paid 3 lack amount in two checks (one self, one account payee, each Rs 1 lack) and one lack cash. He assured my father that he will give the possession of house on 20/05 and as per agreement my father will pay all rest of amount i.e. 3.5 lack within 90 days.
But this guy did not given possession of house on dated 20/05 as he committed and when
we objected then he returned Rs15, 000 and one lack account payee check. Now he has still our
Rs 1, 85, 000.
I have complained the same at Jhroda Chocky which is under Timarpur Police Station.
Mr. Hukam Singh and Constable Mr. Sanjeev Kumar handling this case. As per them Mr.
Umesh Dube will give us possession till 30/05.
I ASKED FOR COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT BUT HE DID NOT GIVE US AND DID NOT LODGE
THE FIR, I LODGE THIS COMPLAINT ON 100 NUMBER BUT NOBODY CAME FROM PCR, DIRECT
CONSTABLE MR. SANJEEV KUMAR CAME FROM JHARODA CHOCKY.
NOW I HAVE NO COPY OF COMPLAINT AND IF MR. UMESH DID NOT RETURN OUR MONY
OF RS 1, 85000 TILL 30/05 AND IF MR. UMESH DUBE ESCAPE THEN WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
I NEED COPY OF AGREEMENT AND COMPROMISE WHICH HAPPENED IN PRESENCE OF MR. HUKAM SINGH AND CONSTABLE SANJEEV KUMAR IN JHARODA CHOCKY ON DATED 21/05.
Note: My mother is heart patient, father is 75 years old. I request you please help us to return
our money or possession of house and give us police complaint copy or FIR No for evidence.

Constable Sanjeev Kumar came around 1:35PM.
