Deduction for the service not used

The below are the mails exchanged from AIRTEL, but till date no feedback has been received. Totally dissatisfied from the service of AIRTEL

I am not at all satisfied with the actions and

remidies provided by the nodal officer. please see to

it or else i will be forced to move to the onsumer

court for the relief.
