Problem - - Water not entering into the washing machine.
Arrived promptly to attend to the call, when checked for Service centre from Online help "080 - 2333 3333. Removed the defective part to replace it next day.

Did not bother to call up the customer and inform about the status of the availability of the PART.
Another engineer turned up the next day, un assembled the machine and the program mal functioned. The engineer left the place without draining the water from the drum. Did not stick to the commited time and finally did not turn up to fix the machine.
