I want to register a compaint against Apex Packers and Movers company. I sent my home goods to punjab through Apex Packers and Movers, Gurgaon on 21/04. The company promised to deliver the consignment by 24/04. I continuously followed up Apex Packers and Movers when did not recieve the consignment on 24/04.
I tried to contact the concerned person from Apex Packers and Movers (Mr. Ratan Chaudhary) on his mobile number (009999887852) but the mobile was switched off for three nights and in day time he used to make false promises that consignment is on the way, infact the consignment started on 27/04 and i got the consignment on 28th morning.
I want to complaint that some of the things were missing from the consignment (my invertor battery, costing 10000 Rs.). When i am trying to contact Ratan Chaudhary he continuously keeps on telling me that he will get the battery bill copy from me and will be delivering the things in a day or two. But today it has been more than one month i have not recieved my goods. I have already called that person more than hundered times.
Due to above behavior of the company representatives i faced lot much mental and economical harassment. I request you to take the necessary action against the company to fulfill the loss.
