IPod 1GB Shuffle didnt delivered

Hi sir,

i have bought one ipod on 17-7-08 from indiaplaza.com but i didnt got it till now and in mail they have given guarantee to deliver it in 7 days and after 10 days they are still telling that it will take 4 more days, as i took it for my younger sister because i was going to my home but due to then i lost my money of trai AC ticket because ipod was must for me.

So please take some action on indiaplaza.com and i need my ticket money from them that i lost... Thanks in advance.
