Charging more than MRP

Sir,

Its common practice in Hyderabad to charge 1 Re per milk packet over and above MRP they charge this stating refegiration charges. When we object to the same they start talking rudely and continue with this practice what is more shocking that companies whose milk are sold at higher mrp when conacted says that they charge for refegriating the milk.

Kindly look into the matter.
