Non delevery of article to MIT

I have submitted the application form by speed post in the last week of December to reach it in USA i.e MIT. Article no EW 112274177IN. Though it is bagged from Kolkata Airport on 31.12.2008 at 5:12 PM but till now there is no further information of confirm delevery.
