Last 19 days i am waiting for my getting start my new connection

Last 19 days I am waiting for my new connection which is not still geting stars.(Post paid connection),

Mr Kiran Kambale -representative idea (pune div.) was given new sim card, along with this I have submitted all necessary documents. I have submitted it on 22-06 and from tht date i am continuslly fallowup to tht fello Mr Kamble but he avoide me & never give any infomation regading the same. After this long fallowup I call his senior Mr Joshi Sachin but same experience I have experinced from him.

He never slove my problem till the date. From my Bank account on 07-07 already deduction has been done & it was deposited on the accont of Idea cellular.By this I am requsting the Concern officer to look into the matter & slove it as early as possible.
