Complaint againt the driver of bus no.400T

Dear sir,

Today i was travelling from New Gajuwaka to RTC Complex in bus no.400T which reached RTC Complex at 11.30 am... when i was getting down from the bus, the driver (tall, aged aroung 50-55 yrs, wearing spectacles) deliberately pressed the brakes, due to which the bus got a huge jerk and i was hurt in the knees and elbow.

I request you to kindly take action again the driver of the above mentioned APSRTC Bus.
