Dear Sir,

I have three reminders to kindly refer to my complaint no 930670884, 947170984 and 951324680 dated 17/3/08, 28/3 and 31/3 to credit the correct amount for my recharge on 7/3, which is still unsolved, though every time a message comes my mobile no 9999083430 that the same has been resolved.

I inform to the supervisor on the dates mentioned above and they register a fresh complaint and nothing actual has been done. I feel this is great unjustice to the customers of vodafone and there is not proper mechnism to address the compliants of the customers.
