I am a Customer of Airtel Pre-paid Service. My Airtel Mobile Phone No is 9007147193 (IMEI No. 357585007123895). I have registered for DO NOT DISTURB on your website www.airtel.in http: www.airtel.in and my DND Registration Number is S1015105288 dated Dec 10. Eversince I have opted for tariff plan of 0.50 paise per minute very recently I am receiving unwanted SMS regularly everyday. SMS Sender s ID: 5432101. I am also un-necessarily charged Rs 1 - per call or sms which I came to know through service reply whereas immediately before receiving this service reply regarding last call or sms charges I neither talked to any person nor I did send any SMS. Thus my talk value is reducing minute after minute every day wthout any service from Airtel.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter and stop all incomig SMS from Sender s ID: 5432101 and also stop un-necessary reduction of talk value
