I am bhushan gupta. i took the airtel past paid connection 2 yera before. i have been a airtel coustomer since 2 year and paying the bill on time.but in the last of january and starting of february i faced a problem. the problem was some services got activated automaticaly from airtel side and i got continously messages like "u have succesfully downloaded xyz game and u have charged 99 rs".i got near about 50 to 60 messages like this and when i contacted on coustomer care they deactivated same and assured me that it will not happen again but after 2 or 3 days i faced same problem then i did same than they told me that u would contact vt us after generating the bill and v vl deduct ur extra amount.but when my bill generated and i contacted them they raised their hand and told me u have to pay the whole amount v cant doanything 4 u... so i decided to complaint in consumer court
