The post office delivery service is very bad in Delhi India and it looks like commonwealth games for ever. It not only shows the false image of systems efficiency but also inherent corruption at every step of administration and basic common services. The parcel is not moving since 5 days in foreign customs as if they are sleeping on the box to ask for something and not delivering it to the recipient.
