My name is jenish jain.my form number is 809533.i have subscribed hindustan times newspapaer in the month of june.the subsription was for one year, i issued a cheque of Rs.199 to the vendor.they told me that you will receive coupons within 21 days, but till today i have not received any coupons.i tried to contact the vendor he said that until he get his coupons he will not issue any copies and he does not how will i get the coupons.
