NON RECEIPT OF HELLO MAGAZINE

DEAR SIR

I am a subscriber of HELLO MAGAZINE, which is issued on a monthly basis, my sub no is 26463583

generally this magazine is supposed to be recd by the subscribers max by 10th of every maonth

FOR the month of JAN 12, I did not receive the magazine till 18th jan, thereafter I called up the company helpline no 39898090 many times registering my complaint, only to be promised that the magazine will reach in next 2 days

I have sent mails informing abt non receipt of the magazine but till dt no positive action is taken

today we are in feb 16, feb issue is also due, but still that has also not reached to me

ALL my mails are falling to DEAF EARS, with no response fdrom the company subscription dept

I HAVE alternatively asked for cancellation of my subscription even the bal money is not refunded by the company

I AM WAITING for the magazines NO MAGAZINE! NO REFUND!
