I have booked Lonely Planet and Good homes Magazines. I have Paid Rs.1440/- Receipt No 28333 date 22/9.

There was offer of Laptop Bag with subscription. Till date I have not received the Bag. Even on helpline the person has promised me to deliver bag within 10 day.
