I had booked 5 tickets for 3 Idiots show tommorow at Spice Cinema, Noida.the amount 730/- has been debited from the account but the details have not been recieved.
i have called their toll free number atleast 25 times..Customer care disconnected call on listening to the problem, No action has been taken by helpdesk team even after reminder mails being sent.
I think deducting amount and not getting services is illegal on part of the company.
