I paid Rs. 675/- towards an annual subscription of Business Standard w.e.f. May. the cheque dt. 15.4.2010 was encahsed on 23.4.2010. till date I am yet to receive the subscription coupons despite umpteen telephonic calls, emails and letter by registered post with a/c.
