Not received coupons

Hi,

I had applied for subscription of Hindustan Times newspaper 2 years subcription on 21st April this year. They had earlier told me that I will receive the coupons within 21 days of subscription. But it has been more than 2 months that I have not received even a phone call from them. When I called their customer service they say they have despacted the coupons and it has returned back and since then whenever I call them they say they will send me the coupons in 3-4 days. And now their phone numbers are also not working. Therefore I do not have any point of contact from their side.

I do not know how much will you be able to help me since I am posting my comment on this site, but fellows who are reading this post, I would like to giive you Moral of the Day...

DO NOT EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF HINDUSTAN TIMES.
