I subscribed to the GQ magazine with a cheque on 5th. JAN.
I had to chase up various people to get my sub started.
on 25th. May I sent out a reminder, that 5 months later, I have not yet received my free gift as promised in the ad.
As of 8th July - NO response, NO acknowledgement, NO free gift.
Only apathy towards their subscriber, as they have already collected the money!
I find it difficult to understand this mode of working from a company like Conde Nast India Pvt. Ltd. distributing a well known International Publications.
